“Open Vision started from a simple but urgent question: what stories do we need right now?”

I kept meeting leaders and founders who felt that the old ways were no longer sufficient, yet were quietly working on what comes next. Their thinking gave me hope. It offered strategic depth, long-term perspective and a different kind of leadership than the dominant narratives we often hear. I wanted to make those stories visible and share the insights that help us imagine and shape the future more consciously.

Through my work as a strategic advisor and innovation manager, I support leaders and teams in exploring new directions, designing meaningful strategies and translating complex challenges into concrete initiatives. I operate at the intersection of strategy, innovation, leadership and collaboration, often in contexts where clarity is needed but not yet obvious.

The podcast reflects the same way of working. As a host and moderator, I create space for conversations that go beyond quick answers. I ask questions that invite reflection, connection and shared understanding. Whether in podcast conversations, leadership sessions or public dialogues, my role is to help people move from exchange to direction.

I am often invited into complex, multi-stakeholder and ecosystem settings, where progress depends on alignment, trust and shared purpose. What connects all my work, including Open Vision, is the intention to bring structure to ambiguity, connect perspectives and translate long-term vision into action.

At its core, the podcast is about connection. Between people, ideas and futures that are still emerging.
